Well it had to happen some day.
As i was starting in school again, I met a guy who is called Wishoff, wich i became very good friends with.
We both had a big desire to make music and decided to go for it.
So in the spring of 2008 we met over some beers and talked about what our intentions were with the band.
After some(or a lot of)beer, we tried to record som tunes we made ourselves. I grabbed the microphone, and Wishoff grabbed his midi keyboard.
And that, my ladies and gentlemen, was the start of "The dolby experiment"
The whole process is a bit weird, because i am into a lot of industrial and EBM (electronic Body Music)and alternative rock, while Wishoff is more of a pshychedelic and goa dude. So when we are making music, there's a bit of everything in the music.
I make some of the tracks at home, on my little midikeyboard, and then I take it with me, so that Wishoff can remix and generally produced the tracks in his flat.
But sometimes wishoff sends me a track, that he has made alone, and I have to find some sort of melody to the song.
It's quite fun to do it this way, as we never gets too influated by eachother, and therefore keeps our own integrity, when it comes to personal inputs.
So if you are interested or just plain curious, go check the brand new myspace site and give it a go.
